Conditions

The entire space is rented for each event, including both large halls (two interconnected rooms of 180 sqm each, plus a meeting room, totaling 380 sqm). Two events never coincide at the same time.

Packages for companies and social groups up to 25 people:

Half day: €480 plus VAT (4 hours of the event plus 1/2 hour for previous setup)

Full day: €816 plus VAT (8 hours of the event plus 1 hour for previous setup)

Large events (more than 25 people):

Please request a specific quote.

Discounts:

15% off the price of the first day for consecutive bookings on the second day.

Mondays: Inquire about special promotions.

Setup and teardown outside of the half-hour included, before and after the event, will incur an additional cost of 70% of the hourly rate for the quoted space.

Security Deposit:

Between €300 and 1.000€ (depending on the event size), refundable within 48 working hours after the event.

Furniture included in the hall: 6 work tables, 16 designer chairs, two sofas with side tables, 2 stools, other designer items, and plants.

Date reservations: 30% of the event cost. The remaining 70% will be settled on the day before the event begins

CATERING

We offer catering options based on the event's characteristics. We also provide breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks. Please inquire about quotes. See Catering section!

Tableware for events: Glasses and cups for up to 250 units. Price: 120€ + VAT (50% discount with the venue's catering).

Facility fee: Only applicable if not contracting catering associated with the venue: 200€ + VAT. Kitchen equipment included: Countertop, sink, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, 1 large refrigerator, and two small refrigerators, dishwasher.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Electronic equipment package (already installed in the hall): Includes 2 projectors, mixer, 2 wireless microphones (one can be a headset), 2 professional speakers, smart tv 60”, usb remote slider. Price: 150€ + VAT.

Pack of ambient lighting (7 color led lights); 50€ + IVA.

We work with an external electronic equipment provider: additional microphones, press rack, and other special equipment. External sound technician. To be quoted for each event.

Pack of 70 chairs: Price: 140€ + VAT

Pack of 20 classroom-style tables (1,20 x 0,60 mts each) for 40 people: Price: €150 + VAT

Other external providers who have worked with us (please inquire about quotes):

Business coach, photography and video services, 2x3 mts or 4x2 mts scenario, access control, entertainment magic services, among others.

Special Installations:

Setups involving changes to artwork, lighting, and other substantial interventions must be planned in advance to allocate the corresponding extra hours. The hall should be left in the same condition as it was found.

Paid parking is available 100 meters from the venue. "Parking Bruniquer."

IMPORTANT NOTES

Music: Only ambient music is allowed; playing music at high decibel levels is expressly prohibited.

After each event, there is a substantial amount of waste, so we have implemented source separation of waste. In the case of catering leftovers, clients can distribute and take them to avoid food waste.

100% of our space (entrance, halls, and bathrooms) is wheelchair accessible.

SOCIAL IMPACT

We have established significant discounts for non-profit organizations, especially those related to children, diseases, or minorities.
